I interpret VALORANT as a real-time adaptation of chess: controlling space, trading resources efficiently, and leveraging information to anticipate and counter enemy decision-making.
Psychological Pillar
Players operate under significant cognitive load and emotional volatility, both of which directly impact performance and decision-making. A coach must provide psychological structure: stabilizing mindset, reinforcing resilience, and implementing systems that maintain clarity and consistency under pressure.
Discipline (In & Out)
True performance starts outside the server. I enforce strict discipline in lifestyle, routines, and in-game fundamentals to guarantee consistency.
Core Fundamentals
No advanced tactic works without perfect fundamentals. Crosshair placement, trading, communication, and spacing are the non-negotiable foundations of my teams.
IGL & COMMUNICATION
We prioritize individual perception and decision-making. In VALORANT, leadership is fluid—any player can assume the IGL role depending on the situation, as the game demands constant adaptation and initiative from the entire team.
Traditional IGL structures are limited in a game defined by high variability and incomplete information. Instead, we emphasize shared responsibility, where all players actively contribute to decision-making.
Roles are dynamic, not restrictive. Playstyle should not be dictated by agent selection—flexibility and adaptability are essential to respond effectively to each round.
